SIMPLE

  • Wholegrain Noodle / Wholegrain LaMian
  •  
    (A) Laksa Paste and (B) Laksa Premix
  •  
    Water
  • 1. In a pot, add 500 ml of water and bring to boil.
  • 2. Add (A) Laksa Paste and then (B) Laksa Premix into 500 ml of water. Mix well and bring to boil.
  • 3. Put wholegrain noodles into the boiling Laksa soup.
  • 4. Then, add 200 ml water and (B) Laksa Premix. Add cooked prawns, fried bean curd (tau pok), bean sprouts and fish cake.
  • 5. Lower heat and boil for 7 mins.
  • 6. Laksa Wholegrain LaMian is ready to serve.

INDULGENT

  • Wholegrain Noodle / Wholegrain LaMian
  •  
    (A) Laksa Paste and (B) Laksa Premix
  • 500 ml
    Water (for cooking Wholegrain LaMian)
  • 200 ml
    Water (for cooking Laksa soup)
  • 3 nos
    Prawn, medium size, cooked.
  •  
    You may also use cooked chicken
  • 1 no
    Hard-boiled egg, sliced
  • 15 g
    Bean sprouts
  • 1 pc
    Fried bean curd (tau pok)
  • 12 g
    Fish cake, sliced
  • As desired
    Fresh Laksa leaves, chopped
  • 1. In a pot, add 500 ml of water and bring to boil.
  • 2. Put wholegrain noodles into the boiling water and cook for 7 mins on medium heat.
  • 3. While the wholegrain noodles are cooking, at the 5th min, add (A) Laksa Paste into a separate pot and stir-fry for 10 secs or till fragrant.
  • 4. Then, add 200 ml water and (B) Laksa Premix. Add cooked prawns, fried bean curd (tau pok), bean sprouts and fish cake.
  • 5. Mix well and bring to boil.
  • 6. After the wholegrain noodles have cooked for 7 mins, drain away the water and transfer to a bowl.
  • 7. Pour hot Laksa soup over and Laksa Wholegrain LaMian is ready to serve.
