FISH SOUP LAMIAN
Milky, wholesome and comforting. Our gourmet Prima Taste Fish Soup LaMian is like a warm blanket on a cold day. Natural goodness that you can enjoy to the very last mouthful.

SIMPLE
- 1 pcNoodle/LaMian
- 1 pkt(A) Fish Soup Stock
- 1 pkt(B) Fish Soup Spice Oil
- 500 mlWater
- 2 tspHua Tiao Wine
- ½ tspWhisky (Optional)
- 1. Add (A) Fish Soup Stock into 500 ml of water and bring to boil.
- 2. Put noodles into the boiling fish soup (from Step 1). Adjust to medium heat and boil for 6½ mins.
- 3. Turn to high heat and boil for another ½ min. During this process, add in (B) Fish Soup Spice Oil and stir well.
- 4. Turn off heat. For a more robust taste, you may add 2 tsp of hua tiao wine (Chinese cooking rice wine) or ½ tsp of whisky. Fish Soup LaMian is ready to serve.
- For a more indulgent meal, at Step 2, you may add thinly sliced fish (we recommend Garoupa or Red Snapper), cooked fishballs and vegetables at the 6 th minute.

- 1 pkt(A) Fish Soup Stock
- 1 pkt(B) Fish Soup Spice Oil
- 500 mlWater
- 60 gFresh fish, sliced
- We recommend Garoupa or Red Snapper. You may also use other fresh seafood such as prawns, crayfish, lobster, or live flower clams.
- 2 nosFishballs, cooked
- 12 gVegetables
- We recommend Chye Sim (green mustard leaves).
- 2 tspHua Tiao Wine
- We recommend Hua Tiao Wine, but you may also use ½ tsp of whisky.
- According to preferenceRed chilli, sliced
- We recommend small & hot, red chilli (chilli padi) or white pepper powder.
- 1. Slice fresh fish. Each piece should be approx. 0.5cm thick. Set aside.
- 2. Add (A) Fish Soup Stock into 500ml of water and bring to boil. Put noodles into the boiling fish soup, adjust to medium heat and boil for 61/2 mins.
- 3. Add thinly sliced fish, cooked fish balls and vegetables at the 6 th minute.
- 4. Turn to high heat and boil for another ½ min. During this process, add in (B) Fish Soup Spice Oil and stir well. Turn off heat.
- 5. For a more robust taste, you may add 2 tsp of Hua Tiao Wine (Chinese cooking rice wine) or ½ tsp of whisky.
- 6. Add red chilli or a pinch of white pepper powder for a spicier dish. Fish Soup LaMian is ready to serve.
